​Studio Policies & Tuition | 2026–2027 Season

Registration Fees

 

To secure your spot for the season, a non-refundable annual registration fee is due upon enrollment:

• Individual Student: $20

• Family (2+ Students): $25

 

Tuition & Billing

 

The 2026–2027 season includes 34 instructional classes. For your convenience, the total season tuition ($680) is split into nine equal payments of $75.50, processed monthly from September through May.

• Automatic Payments: Tuition is processed on the 1st of each month using the card on file in your Jackrabbit account.

• Late Fees: Any payment not cleared by the 10th of the month will incur a $15 late fee.

• Consistent Billing: Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of school breaks, holidays, or the number of weeks in a given month.

• Prorating Policy: Tuition is only prorated for families who register part-way through a month. We do not offer prorated tuition for vacations, missed classes, or short months.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

We understand that schedules change. You may unenroll at any time without penalty by following these guidelines:

• Notice: Please send a written email by the 25th of the month to stop payment for the following month.

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for months already in progress. Students are welcome to finish out the remainder of their paid month.

 

Payment Methods

​

• All tuition is automatically processed by the studio on the 1st of each month. We utilize the debit or credit card saved to your Jackrabbit Parent Portal to ensure a seamless and convenient billing experience.

• Participation: To ensure your child can participate in class, accounts must be kept up to date.

 

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

​

• Flexibility: If your child misses a class, they may attend a "make-up" in any other similar class before the end of the season.

• Reporting: You do not need to report absences in advance.

• Weather Cancellations: If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, students are encouraged to attend a make-up class. Refunds are not issued for weather-related closures.  In the event of a weather closure, we will notify you via email and post updates to our website and social media pages.

• Classes will begin Saturday, September 12th

• No classes on Saturday, October 31st

• Thanksgiving Break: November 23-29

• Winter Break: December 21-January 3

• Spring Break: March 29-April 4

• Tentative Recital Date: Saturday, June 5th

• The studio will be open on all other holidays
